Girl of the moment Ruby Rose has revealed how she got ready for THAT naked scene in Orange Is The New Black.
Viewers saw actress - who's a newcomer to the third series of the hit US show - display her incredible body when her character Stella Carlin came face to face love interest Piper Chapman in the shower.
The 29-year-old Aussie star's name was soon trending online as fans of the programme marvelled over her insanely taut abs, slender arms and pert bottom. We're not at all surprised.
So when a follower asked Ruby which parts of OITNB she had enjoyed filming the most during a Twitter chat yesterday, her answer was, of course, that very clip.
'The bathroom scene sure was.. Memorable. I soul cycled for a week,' she replied alongside an emoji of a face crying with laughter.
So what exactly is SoulCycle and how will it help us get a figure like Ruby's? Here's the lowdown.
In short, it's an indoor cycling class.
But unlike regular spin classes which are still a great aerobic workout, SoulCycle adds hand weights and choreography into the mix to encourage the body to firm up all over.
And rather than being housed in the corner of a gym, SoulCycle takes place by candlelight in 'epic spaces' to a soundtrack of loud music.
It's a pretty big deal in the States. Since 2006, when founders Elizabeth Cutler and Julia Rice opened their first studio on New York's Upper West Side, SoulCycle has set up home in 41 locations nationwide.

Promising to changes lives as well as bodies, SoulCycle has amassed quite the A-list following over the years too. David and Victoria Beckham are often pictured leaving classes with a couple of their sons in tow, while model Esla Hosk and actor Bradley Cooper are also hooked.
And Karlie Kloss loves it, even though she sometimes gets out of sync on her bike: ‘I always tend to be one beat off of the rest of the class and the instructor usually calls me out on it in front of everyone.’
Other Victoria's Secret Angels including Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton and Lily Aldridge are also SoulCycle fans.
But by the sound of things, there'll be no need to move across the pond on your quest for Ruby's toned curves. It's on the way to the UK.
'We're planning on London in the next year,' Gabby Cohen, SoulCycle's marketing director confirmed. 'We really try to have more than one studio when we open.'
