The final book in the Twilight Saga will be made into two films, it has been confirmed

It's official - Breaking Dawn, the fourth and final book in the Twilight Saga, will be split into two movies.

Yep, that means even more Cullen action for you dedicated Twi-hards to look forward to...

Summit Entertainment has finally confirmed that two movies will be released, the first on 21 November 2011, with a second installment following at a later date.

The full press release also added that Dreamgirls director Bill Condon will take the helm for both movies, and that the full cast will return for filming this autumn.

Meanwhile, there is no confirmation as yet as to how the book will be split, but Robert Pattinson offered his own thoughts on Breaking Dawn earlier this week.

Be warned, it's a bit of a spoiler for those of you yet to read the final installment...

'I feel like it's going to be interesting,' R-Patz said of the fourth and fifth movies. 'The story goes in directions so different and I'm curious what it will turn out like. We stop playing around - Bella saying, "Turn me into a vampire," and me replying, "No, no, no." She becomes a vampire in this movie.'

'We get married, sleep together... I don't have the script yet but it's promising. Can you imagine if they decided to go full out and Twilight suddenly became this totally hardcore series for adults with nude scenes?'

Well, we personally cannot wait...!
