Nicole Scherzinger denies Chris Brown kiss

A spokesman for the X Factor judge has branded pictures of the stars apparently kissing as 'ridiculous'

Nicole Scherzinger has denied sharing a kiss with rapper Chris Brown, after pictures of the pair leaning in close at an LA nightclub emerged.

Reps for the pair have slammed claims Nicole and Chris were canoodling at LA haunt Supperclub earlier this week, branding the rumours 'ridiculous'.

Nicole Scherziner and Chris Brown were part of an A-list line-up hosting a Black Pyramid Party at the famous nightspot, when onlookers reportedly spotted them cosying up.

'They were dancing close for a while and being all touchy-feely and finally Chris leaned into her,' one insider told gossip site X17Online.

'She put her head on his shoulder and they started kissing! I couldn't believe Chris was being so obvious about it!'

But almost as soon as the rumours began, reps for the pair shot them down, saying Nicole and Chris were definitely not kissing, merely trying to talk in a very loud club.

'There's absolutely no truth in this ridiculous story,' a rep for Nicole said today. 'The photos that have surfaced are of old friends who were trying to talk at a very loud club. They were not kissing. This is a non-story.'

And the same statement came from Chis Brown's camp, too, with a spokesman confirming: 'No story here. They were not kissing. They are friends, and have been for years. They were talking at a club that was playing loud music.'

Well that told us.

Nicole is currently dating British racing driver Lewis Hamilton, while Chris Brown is dating model Karrueche Tran.
