The Marie Claire cover star revealed to ivillage exactly just how tough romance is when asked why love in Hollywood is such a challenge.
Mila Kunis said: ‘I think love in general is challenging. I think people want it to be very easy, but maybe the first two years are great and then you have to work at it.’
And it appears the star spoke from the heart, she was previously in an eight-year relationship with Macaulay Culkin. Keen not to disclose too much about her current romance, Mila instead focused on the difficulties being a film star has.

She added: ‘But then you put it [love] in a setting where everybody travels all the time and you don't see each other very often and you're away for six or seven months out of the year - I think that puts a little bit of a strain.’
