Queen of Pop Madonna is determined to reunite Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake on stage at her forthcoming world tour.

Madonna reportedly wants the pair to join forces for an explosive finale to her Sticky & Sweet show.

Madge has already got Britney on board. The Toxic singer has filmed a sexy cameo for the tour, which is set to be beamed on to a giant screen as a stage backdrop.

Filmed in a lift, one scene shows a transformed Britney looking hot and sweaty in a clinging white vest.

Madonna has also asked the star to make a surprise appearance in person at some shows.

But the superstar also wants to get Justin to perform, as he was heavily involved in the recording of her latest album, Hard Candy.

And, the maestro of shock tactics (remember the lesbian Britney kiss?), believes Britney and JT – who split in 2002 after four years together - appearing on the same stage at her final US date in Miami in November would make the most electrifying end.

One source told The Sun: 'Madonna is always trying to raise the bar and Britney and Timberlake on the same stage would be perfect.

'They have both been asked but I think both are a bit reluctant. Britney would find it all a bit emotional and JT might not fancy it.

'More likely is that they both appear on different dates.

'But if anyone can make this happen, it’s Madonna.'
