X Factor judge Louis Walsh has been questioned by police, over claims he indecently assaulted a 24-year-old man in a nightclub toilet.
It’s thought the man, reportedly a single father, told police the assault took place Dublin's Russell Court Hotel on April 10.
He reportedly claimed he was groped by Walsh after they got chatting in the exclusive hotel’s Global Bar, later moving on to it’s Krystle nightclub.
Detectives yesterday told the Sun an investigation is 'ongoing' following the claims, adding they were currently reviewing CCTV footage of the evening.
And last night Walsh himself slammed the allegations and vowed to clear his name, telling reporters he would fully co-operate with any investigation if approached by police.
‘The allegations made against me are wholly false and with no foundation,’ he said in a statement.

‘I will happily cooperate fully with the police and am 100 per cent confident that after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated.’
Following a review of evidence, it's thought officers will prepare a report for Ireland's Director of Public Prosecutions, who will decide whether the case will go court.
