'She's as miserable and moody as she looks,' Louis said of the 17-year-old, as well as suggesting that rumours of her diva-like behaviour are completely true.
'I've heard rumblings of what's going on in the house - there's a lot of parties,' the mentor told Closer magazine.'But Cher is definitely the out of control one.'
'She causes a lot of trouble,' he added.
We're pretty sure these latest comments aren't going to go down well in the Cheryl Cole camp, after noticeable tension has arisen between the two judges over recent weeks - culminating in an apparent car park argument last weekend.
Louis also went on to accuse the Girl Aloud of favouritism, and giving more attention to Cher than her other two contestants, Rebecca Ferguson and Katie Waissel.
'I think Cheryl should put in more effort with Rebecca,' he said in another interview with Heat magazine. 'You can tell that Cher is Cheryl's favourite.'
Famed for her snarling singing style, and hard front image, Cher's X Factor performances have seemingly divided the nation - with viewers either loving, or hating the rapping teen.
'I couldn't work with Cher, she thinks she's going to be an overnight success,' Louis continued.
'Because she listens to American R&B she's picked up all these weird musical things and makes funny faces.'
'There's no likeability.'
But he didn't stop there. The rant continued, with Louis adding that Cher needs to 'learn to be nice.'
'Cher is believing her own publicity, which is a big mistake,' he told Heat. 'I don't get any warmth from her.'
'She needs to learn to be nice to everybody - because you'll meet them on the way down.'
