Lady Gaga is all about the fans. The world-famous star actually defaced a multi-thousand pound Hermes Birkin bag, just so that she could send a message to her Japanese followers.
Yikes. Birkin-worshipper Victoria Beckham would have tears in her eyes if she caught sight of these pics.

Touching down in Japan - where she's set to perform the latest dates of her spectaular Monster Ball world tour - the singer was snapped walking through the airport carrying a bright white Birkin with the message 'I love Little Monster, Tokyo love' scribbled across it in Japanese Katakana characters.
Little Monsters, of course, being the affectionate term she often uses to refer to her many, many fans.
And that wasn't all. As if graffitiing all over her beautiful Birkin wasn't enough, she also had the same message scrawled up her lower arm, next to her real 'Little Monsters' tattoo.
