It seems like everyone has an opinion on the Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson scandal, and now a producer friend of the actress has waded in on the debate, claiming Kristen's affair with Rupert Sanders was not sexual.
In a series of tweets, film producer Giovanni Agnelli defended the actress, who starred in his film Welcome To The Rileys, claiming rumours of an affair were 'lies.'
'I'll say right now what the manipulative media isn't saying... Kristen Stewart did not have any type of sex with Rupert Sanders,' tweeted Giovanni Agnelli.

'The spin that keeps growing on this story is staggering,' he continued. 'There was NO on set affair. Stop printing LIES.'

'If one of your friends in real life was hurting, and lots of people were being cruel. Wouldn't you ask them to please stop? Honestly?' he wrote
'If you've ever used the word Trampire you're a mindless pathetic piece of s***.' he added.
The Italian director also hinted he knew where Kristen Stewart was hiding out following a 'twitition' by her fans pledging their support to her following the affair.
He wrote: 'Please don't ask how or where she is, or what she thought. Just know this: She saw the twitition, and the support video tonight. Thank you.'
Last week Kristen Stewart issued a public apology for her affair with married father-of-two Rupert Sanders.
