The Girl Aloud followed in Cheryl Cole’s footsteps by designing a jewellery range, although hers will go on sale in Argos
Girl Aloud Kimberley Walsh is set to follow in Cheryl Cole’s footsteps, after designing a glittering range of jewellery.
But unlike Cheryl’s high-end range, for luxury company jewllery brand, de Grisogono, Kimberley’s down to earth designs will be far more reasonably priced, and available from Argos.
'I like jewellery, I feel at least that keeps its worth. I can’t really justify spending a lot of money on clothes when there are so many other things I could spend it on, like saving for a mansion,’ she said as she unveiled the new collection at a swanky London hotel yesterday.
Dressing up for the big event, the star donned a slinky, one shouldered, camel coloured dress, piling her hair on top of her head in an attention grabbing updo.
Not forgetting to accessorize, the star added pieces from her collection to the on-trend ensemble, including a £24.99 gold leaf bangle and £17.99 matching hoop earrings.
Kimberley has long been a fan of affordable attire. Just last year, the star was announced as the face of high street chain New Look, and is even thought to be considering launching her own clothing range.
