Kim's sensational floor-length gown was decorated with a dainty monochrome print and featured delicate sheer straps.
But not wanting to totally shun her love of sexy styling, the Sophie Theallet piece also had a plunging neckline which drew attention to Kim's ample cleavage.
To ensure that her outfit by the French designer took centre stage, Kim - who narrowly avoided a wardrobe disaster when a photographer trod on her hem ahead of the event - kept the rest of her look understated.
We're so glad that she did.
The mum-of-one pulled her glossy dark locks into a neat ponytail, which she secured just above the nape of her neck. She slicked down the top with plenty of product to keep any stray hairs from ruining her 'do.
Kim really impressed us with her choice of make-up too - she dabbed a subtle shimmery shadow around her eyes before lengthening her lashings with a sweep of mascara.
Her tanned complexion was of course flawless.
The glamorous 34-year-old was joined on the red carpet by her husband Kanye West who donned a sumptuous black velvet two-piece and smart shoes.
And keen to bring a touch of his personality to the ensemble, he swapped a traditional white shirt for a tee with a rip across the chest.
The glamorous couple attended the do to celebrate their inclusion in the publications's annual list as part of the Titan category.
Kanye, 37, even treated VIP guests including Emma Watson, Bradley Cooper and Diane von Furstenburg to a set during the evening.
Clearly impressed, Kim later took to Instagram to praise her man's efforts and shared a shot of him on stage.
