Windswept Kate Middleton took the water in full Team GB get-up to watch Olympic sailors at Weymouth - see the pictures here!
Kate Middleton got her sea legs yesterday as she took to the water to cheer on Team GB in the Women’s Laser Radial competition, held off the coast of Weymouth.
Kate Middleton was joined by Princess Anne and champion rower Sir Steve Redgrave for her outing, boarding a rather swanky boat to check out the in-sea action.
After finding her sea legs, the Duchess of Cambridge took a keen interest in the competition, peering through a set of binoculars for a close up, as the competitors navigated the tough course.
Once again making waves with her Olympic styling, Kate was dressed head-to-toe in Team GB attire, making the navy tracksuit top, vivid red trainers and waterproof jacket look rather elegant.
After watching the race, windswept Kate headed back to dry land, and chatted to a host of Team GB stars – including gold medal winner Ben Ainslie.
Talking animatedly and sending the team into fits of giggles, the Duchess was reportedly interesting in everything from their medal hopes to training and support staff.
Kate Middleton’s latest outing is just one in a long line of Olympic appearances she’s put in since the Games began last week.
Continuing her run of Olympic outings alone, the Duchess flew solo to watch gymnastics and handball events at the Olympic park yesterday, while she has also been spotted watching the swimming, tennis, hockey and cycling.
Last week, Prince William and Kate Middleton indulged in a rare PDA as they watched Sir Chris Hoy and Team GB win gold at the velodrome – much to the delight of the audience.
Meanwhile, William and Harry took a break from the Olympics over the weekend do indulge in a little sport of their own – polo.
