Jesssica Chastain has a lot to celebrate right now, not only did she pick up a Golden Globe for her role in Zero Dark Thirty at the weekend, but things are going just as well in her personal life, if sources are to be believed…

It’s rumoured that Thor star Tom Hiddleston has won Jessica over with his British charm and even had the skills to break her no-actor dating policy.

Sources say they duo are ‘serious’ about each other with Jessica flying to the UK to see Tom’s family and friends over Christmas.

A friend of the couple told the Mail Online: ‘Tom is taken with Jess and it’s serious. Before Christmas she visited Britain to stay with him and meet all of him family for the first time.’

While romance rumours work their way around the showbiz circuit, we won’t be expecting an official statement anytime soon. Jessica Chastain prefers to keep her love life out of the papers, previously saying: 'In this business it's very tough to maintain a relationship because we're like gypsies - always on the move. And the more you share your relationship with the world the less special it becomes. So I always try to keep my dating life quiet.’
