The blooming mum-to-be had revealed the technique has helped her to ‘chill’
As she prepares to welcome baby number two, blooming mum-to-be Jessica Alba has spilled the beans on her pregnancy secrets, revealing she is a huge fan of Hypnobirthing classes.
The A-list starlet has credited the classes with helping her ‘chill’ ahead of the birth of her second baby, with Hollywood hubby Cash Warren.
Ms Alba, who attends the weekly sessions near her home in Beverley Hills, says she’d definitely recommend the technique to other expectant mums, as a way to relax ahead of the big day.
‘It's different for everyone, although I do recommend the hypnobirthing classes,’ Jessica told Us Weekly at a store opening in Beverly Hills.
‘I highly recommend it. It just makes you chill.’
‘I was freaked out going into it my first time going into labor,’ she added. ‘Like what if I panic? What if I just freak out and I don't know what to do?’
Jess, who’s baby is due later this year, also revealed she’s enjoying her her second pregnancy, but finding it slightly ‘harder’ as she already had a three-year-old daughter.
‘It’s a little bit harder on the body because my daughter still wants to be picked up,’ she said. ‘Ever since my belly popped, she really is on me!’
‘Thilled’ Ms Alba announced she was expecting back in January, taking to Twitter to share the news with fans.
I thought I'd drop by to let you all in on some exciting news - Honor is going to be a Big Sister!’ she wrote.
'Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn't hear about it somewhere else.
Jessica and Cash – who met on the set of action movie Fantastic Four, and married in a quiet ceremony in 2008 – already have one daughter, Honor, two.
