Jennifer Aniston gave us an insight into her daily health routine during a Living Proof Instagram takeover.

Jennifer Aniston has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood - and that's mainly because you just know she looks as good as she does because she's healthy. There are no crash diets for this star and the (living) proof is in her recent Instagram takeover for her beauty company Living Proof.

The actress, who doesn't have her own Insta account at the moment (we're still waiting, Jen), dipped her toe into the world social media for one day only to give us an insight into her daily routine.

So, what did we learn about the Friends star? Well, apart from the fact she's currently reading, and loving, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins, Jen let us in on some of her healthy eating secrets.

We now know, for example, that her breakfast of choice is toast topped with a poached egg served with tomatoes and sliced avocado. As for lunch, well, that would be a salad made up of bulgar wheat, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachios.

This particular day in the life of Jennifer Aniston also included a barre workout with her dog Dolly and collecting some fresh eggs from the chickens she keeps with fiance Justin Theroux. How very The Good Life.
