She may have only split from husband Russell Brand last month but Katy Perry's parents are apparently trying to set her up with NFL star Tim Tebow.
There are rumours floating around that Katy Perry's pastor parents are super keen on Tebow because of his strong Christian faith and want to set up a meeting between their daughter and Tim, 24, at their church in Huntington Beach, California.

'Katy’s mentioned on more than one occasion how much she likes Tim,' a source apparently told OK! magazine.
'Katy’s mum firmly believes the best cure for heartache is to quickly fall in love again... In her mind, Tebow is the perfect guy for her daughter. He’s handsome, charming, intelligent and above all, a good Christian.'

The source added that Keith and Mary are trying to arrange for 27-year-old Perry to perform at their church around the same time they book Tebow to speak from the pulpit.
