The Harry Potter starlet was barely recognisable as she struck a pose for Harpers Bazaar...
Is that really you, Emma Watson? We must admit, we nearly didn’t recognise the Harry Potter starlet, as she struck a sultry pose on the cover of August issue of Harpers Bazaar magazine.
The starlet donned the prettiest and most glittering couture for the stunning shoot, set to a background of rolling British countryside.
Beautiful, yes, but that wasn’t originally caught our eye.
The starlet’s jet-black tresses immediately had our attention, a departure from her usually sleek blonde crop.
It seems Em played dress-up in a blunt raven fringed ‘do during the shoot, during which she donned fabulous fashion from designers around the world.
In the accompanying interview, the lovely Miss Watson, who will attend the Harry Potter premiere in London next week, also revealed all on taking acting classes during her studies in America.
‘My acting tutor said the hardest thing for me was to get angry,’ she said. ‘I almost broke down in tears when they tried to get me to be angry. I said, “I can’t do it, I just can’t do it.”
‘I keep all of that really bottled up somewhere and I feel unleashing it would be the scariest thing – and to let myself be powerful, sexy, all those things, it’s scary for me. [Even playing the bad girl in this shoot] felt a bit uncomfortable and awkward, it didn’t come naturally at all.’
But you won’t find Emma upping sticks and moving to Hollywood anytime soon. ‘LA scares the c**p out of me,’ she revealed.
‘I feel if I have to work out four hours a day, and count the calories of everything I put in my mouth, and have Botox at 22, and obsess about how I look the whole time, I will go mad, I will absolutely lose it.’
Good for you, Emma!
