The first sneak peek of the made-for-TV flick has finally been revealed
Earlier this month, the first few snaps from the set of made-for-TV movie William & Kate emerged, after US channel Lifetime unveiled plans for a special show chronicling the couple’s history. Now, as royal wedding fever finally takes hold, we’ve got our hands on the very first sneak peek….
The new film is set to chronicle the blossoming romance between the future King and Queen, documenting ‘the ups and downs of their nine-year courtship,’ according a spokesperson at the American channel.
Emerging actress Camilla Luddington has been selected to play Kate Middleton, beating off still competition from thousands of hopefuls, to land the role of royal bride-to-be.
She has previously had small roles in hit US shows Days of Our Lives and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, as well as a starring role in short film Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls.
Meanwhile, New Zealand-born actor Nico Evers-Swindell will star as Prince William.
