Emma Watson has slammed the suggestion she’ll star in the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie

Fifty Shades of Grey movie rumours that Emma Watson would take on the role of Anastasia Steele in the on screen adaptation of the hit books have caused the star to tweet her anger and ask fans if they really think she’d go for the racy part.

The former Harry Potter star reacted to rumours that she’d signed up for the movie on Twitter after news circulated that hackers accessed documents from German studio Constantin Film’s servers naming Emma Watson as the lead actress.

Quick to halt the rumour mill, the British star posed the question to her followers on Sunday asking ‘Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie? Like really. For real. In real life.’

And it appears her tactic worked as her tweet was retweeted close to 35,000 times with endless fans saying they didn’t believe she would take on the Fifty Shades of Grey movie role.

On hearing the response Emma added: ‘Good. Well that’s sorted then,’ before following up with a smiley face

Emma isn’t the first Hollywood star to disassociate herself with the hotly-anticipated movie, Mila Kunis recently ruled herself out of the running saying: ‘Gosh, this Fifty Shades of Grey thing is just not gonna leave is it? No, you will not see me in Fifty Shades of Grey. I’m so sorry.’
