Chris Pratt just revealed who his new girlfriend is

We wouldn't mess with her dad though.

Sound the alarms, we have a new couple alert. Although it’s been rumoured for a while that Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger (yes, that Schwarzenegger) have been dating, they’ve finally stepped into the social media spotlight. Just a few hours ago, Chris Pratt posted an adorable birthday message to his new beau on Instagram - complete with a photo collage just to show how much she meant to him.

He wrote, ‘Happy Birthday Chief! Your smile lights up the room. I’ve cherished our time together.’

Pratt, who is a devout Christian according to Huffington Post, also included a photo of Katherine holding up a plaque with Jesus carved into it. He continued in his caption, ‘Thrilled God put you in my life.’

He also included a bunch of other cute relationship moments from the pair, including a little peck on the cheek, Katharine laughing and smiling and the biggest giveaway: a picture of the pair wearing animal-themed face masks together. You don’t face mask with just anybody, come on.

According to People, a source revealed Schwarzenegger’s mother Maria Shriver set the pair up. They continued that they were ‘spending every day together and Katherine has met Jack several times’; Jack being Chris Pratt’s son with his ex-wife Anna Faris. E! News also claimed that they have also spent Sunday morning ‘churchgoing’ together and were spotted having a very Los Angeles date ‘cruising aboard a pair of Bird scooters’.

Pratt also introduced her to his brother Cully, who shared a snap of their 'day-cation' to a Napa Valley winery called Round Pond Estate.

The winery also shared a picture of the get together and wrote that the pair were 'every bit as warm and hilarious as you'd think'.

Chris Pratt was previously married actress Anna Faris in 2009 according to the Daily Mail, however they later announced they were parting ways in August 2017. Their divorce was made official earlier this October according to TMZ and they share ‘joint custody of their 6-year-old son Jack’.

Chris Pratt isn’t the only one who seems to have moved on, as Anna Faris has recently been linked to cinematographer Michael Barrett who has worked on the likes of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang according to the Daily Mail. He also worked on the set of her upcoming film Overboard. Things seem to be getting pretty serious between the pair, as Faris even took Barrett on a family holiday with Jack to Portofino in Italy. Barrett was photographed by the outlet giving him a piggyback and splashing about in the water, which melted our hearts a little.

Breaking up is never easy, but we’re just glad that Faris and Pratt are finding love in other places. All the happiness to them.
