Cheryl Cole takes Tre Holloway as date to family party

Are things getting serious for Ms Cole and her new beau?

Cheryl Cole took her relationship with dancer Tre Holloway to the next level over the weekend by taking him as her date to her brother's birthday party.

Cheryl has so far refused to talk about her new boyfriend, Tre, and, when probed by Jonathan Ross on his chatshow, she wouldn't let anything slip, but we can assume that things are moving along nicely as the singer took Tre to brother Garry's birthday bash in Los Angeles.

Tre joined Cheryland her close family at Rosa Mexicano restaurant on Sunset Boulevard.

Cheryl, 29, looked lovely in a navy silk dress and metallic heels as she strode out of the restaurant with Tre, who was dapper in a blue shirt and trousers.

The Girls Aloud singer is busy preparing for her first solo tour next month, on which she'll be joined by her new man friend.
