Charlize Theron and Seth MacFarlane fuel dating rumours after being spotted leaving a sushi dinner in West Hollywood on Monday night.

The pair, who are due to start filming on his new comedy film, A Million Ways To Die In The West, were first romantically linked when they collaborated at this years Oscars ceremony and apparently spent the after-party glued to each other's sides.

Dressed casually in boyfriend jeans and a black blazer, rocking a super stylish pixie crop, the 39-year-old South African stunner looked rather coy as she exited the LA eatery, followed closely by a smirking Seth.

Family Guy creator Seth recently separated from Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke due to long distance pressures, while Charlize adopted her cute-as-a-button son Jackson last March.

Ahead of their Oscars union, Seth gushed about Charlize saying: 'I will say, she is an incredibly kind, supremely talented person and one of the hardest-working people I have ever met.'
