'Boring' singer apparently fired from X Factor USA after just one season
Latest reports say Simon Cowell is to drop 'boring' Britney Spears from X Factor USA- after just one season.
The music mogul is allegedly ready to fire the 31-year-old former pop star because he wanted 'crazy Britney, but he got boring Britney.'
In the latest issue of US Weekly it is claimed that Britney's low-energy performance has failed to justify her $15m contract, with an insider explaining: 'They paid all that for her to say 'amazing' and offer half-claps.'
With another source confirming: 'Britney will get the boot. Producers wanted her for the long haul, but it isn't working.'
Also joining Miss Spears out the back door is fellow X Factor judge L.A Reid who has already announced his departure from the show, which wrapped its latest season on December 20th.
