Angelina Jolie is set to give us chills in her next Hollywood role, as she turns evil for Disney’s Maleficent.

Retelling the classic story of Sleeping Beauty, played by the delightful Elle Fanning, Angelina’s fierce cheekbones and piercing green eyes are put to good use in the new blockbuster.

The Oscar-winning star has been transformed into the ‘mistress of all evil’ for the menacing role, emerging from the woods wearing the character’s striking horns in a new teaser trailer.

While the first poster captures Angelina’s spine-tingling presence perfectly,as her Snow White skin and blood red lips are framed in all black.

Billed as ‘the untold story of Disney’s most iconic villain’, Maleficent is set to be the success story of next summer.

Angelina set up camp in England to shoot the film last summer, as she joined cast and director Robert Stromberg in Buckinghamshire.

A busy working mum, her six children were often spotted on set.

Speaking about the new movie last year, Angelina told EW: ‘It’s not anti-princess, but it’s the first time they’re looking at this epic woman.

‘I hope in the end you see a woman who is capable of being many things, and just because she protects herself and is aggressive, it doesn’t mean she can’t have other [warmer] qualities.’

Adding: ‘It sounds really crazy to say that there will be something that’s good for young girls in this, because it sounds like you’re saying they should be a villan. [Maleficent] is actually a great person. But she’s not perfect. She’s far from perfect.’

Another must-see from the magnificent Angelina Jolie, we can’t wait to see it.
