Introducing the new Michael Kors beauty range you absolutely NEED in your life this winter...

Michael Kors is famous for making women look and feel beautiful – so you can imagine our excitement when we discovered the fashion brand is launching a beauty range that promises to be as glamorous as the designer's existing statement pieces.

The range will cover four areas, ticking all our boxes and beauty needs with a body collection, make-up, self-tanning and fragrance. Oh, he is spoiling us.

The make-up range is to-die-for. For lips, there are three colour-saturated and super luxurious Lip Luster lipsticks packaged in a metallic gold case and we can't get enough of the six must-have nail polish shades.

The Michael Kors body collection contains glistening body oils, sprays and bath beads. The spray contains tiny golden particles suspended within the oil and the moisturiser gives a youthful dewy effect. Just drop the bath beads into hot water and they'll dissolve, leave a shimmering veil of gold in your bath.

The team has also created a self-tanner, after sun gelée and lustrous lip balm for a sun-kissed glow all year round. The liquid self-tanner gives a natural-looking tan in under an hour and the sun gelée restores sun-parched skin to its former pre-sun state – a must for those of us jetting off to catch some late summer sun.

What got us most excited however, was the news that Kors is launching three fragrances. Sporty, Sexy and Glam embody what Kors describes as the Michael Kors beauty which is 'is a heightened reality'.

Sporty is crisp with orange and mandarin, Sexy Amber boasts a sandalwood and musk infusion and Glam Jasmine is warm and woodsy.

A campaign will run alongside the launch. Starring Kors’ Muse Karmen Pedaru, it’s a 'day in the life of the Michael Kors woman'. After touching down on the helipad, she’s 'off to the make-up chair and a photoshoot before she rides off into the sunset on the back of a motorcycle in a gilded jumpsuit' – sounds pretty good to us.

The commercial is directed by Mario Testino and art directed by Stephen Gan, with model Karmen Pedaru who glides through the set with rock star bravado, strutting for the camera set to the iconic soundtrack of Duran Duran’s Girls on Film.

Each fragrance is priced at £38 for 30ml, £55 for 50ml and £75 for 100ml and will be available exclusively in Harrods from Monday, 18 August. The self-tanners range from £18 to £20, while body care starts at £31 and make-up ranges from £15 to £36. All will be available to purchase in stores soon.
