Another reality show for the Kardashian
She’s already transformed her own body, but now Khloe Kardashian has set out to help others become the best version of themselves on her new reality show ‘Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian’.
If you follow Khloe on social media or subscribe to her app, you’ll be no stranger to seeing her gym selfies on Instagram or her motivating fitness talks on Twitter. Her body battle has been documented in the media for years, but now she has rock hard abs that speak louder than words. Khloe’s revenge body is the kind that most women would kill for, seriously, who wouldn’t want an ass that resembles the peach emoji?
‘Revenge Body’ on E! will focus on Khloe transforming the lives (and appearances) of people who have been through some kind of hardship – be that a break-up, a job loss or another kind of emotional bad time. With the help of a ‘glam squad’ (of course), a personal trainer and a stylist, Khloe will makeover two down-in-the-dumps people per show.
The koolest Kardashian has already spoken about the power of the ‘revenge body’ in her bestselling lifestyle guide ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’, but it’ll be interesting to see her advise men and women who have been through heartbreak about how to bounce back through the power of exercise, and encourage them to gain a sense of self-esteem. It’s all about self-love, you know!
It could be argued that people shouldn’t get a ‘revenge body’ to make an ex regret leaving them and that you should get into shape for you. Then again, that stomach dropping moment of running into an old flame is always made that little bit more tolerable when you’re feeling good about yourself, and if you’ve been hitting the gym big time, you’ll probably have the kind of calf muscles that will help you speed walk in the opposite direction as soon as you spot them.
