Forget BB, CC and Even DD: Estée Lauder Have Created The World's First EE Cream
The latest must-have in the quest for perfect skin is the Estée Lauder Enlighten Even Effect Skintone Corrector
The latest must-have in the quest for perfect skin is the Estée Lauder Enlighten Even Effect Skintone Corrector
First we had BB creams, which promised to replace the need for a lengthy beauty routine thanks to a unique blend of moisturiser, foundation and SPF. Then came CC creams, which promised to do all of this and more, correcting skintone for an even coverage. Now DD creams (daily defence) have barely launched and the beauty boffins at Estée Lauder have already created a brand new EE cream.
The first of its kind, the Estée Lauder Enlighten Even Effect Skintone Corrector uses the most up-to-date technology to give you your best skin yet. Promising to break the cycle of damaging effects that cause common skin problems, this product (unlike BB, CC, or DD creams) focuses on hyperpigmentation and dark spots - something we all have under the skin by the time we hit our twenties.
Thanks to ground-breaking research, Estée Lauder have discovered that damage caused in the day by pollution and UV exposure results in the growth of pigmentation over night, which in turn creates an uneven skin tone and dark blemishes - also known as sun spots. The Enlighten range is the result of these findings and uses potent ingredients to stop this occurring, leaving skin soothed and naturally glowing - with or without make-up.
This one-of-a-kind cream works its magic thanks to a new ingredient: Baicalin. A highly potent extract of Scutellaria Baicalensis - a plant regularly used in traditional Chinese medicine - Baicalin helps to minimise the effects of regular exposure to pollution.
Rather than just masking the problem, the Estée Lauder EE Cream actually works deep into the skin to create a more uniform tone, resulting in a smooth and blemish-free complexion. In terms of an instant outcome, this gives sheer coverage and an immediate radiance for that covetable no make-up make-up look. Lighter than a foundation, flawless skin can still be achieved without the need for a heavy, caked base, thanks to a blend of refining and skin-loving ingredients.
Whether you buy into the alphabet craze or not, there's no doubt that this product is a luxurious and effective piece of modern skincare. Use as part of the Estée Lauder Enlighten range for long-lasting and beautiful results.
