A minty Mojito with an added magic touch
• 50ml Matusalem Clasico rum
• champagne
• 12 mint leaves
• brown sugar
• freshly squeezed lime juice
Serves one
1) Muddle 12 mint leaves in a tall glass with a spoonful of brown sugar and 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
2) Fill the glass with crushed ice, add 50ml Matusalem Clasico Rum and stir.
3) Top with champagne.
