    Moschino AW14 was an incredibly bold statement of Americanism in Milan, and we wouldn’t have expected anything less fromJeremy Scott,the luxe label’s creative director.

    By mixing US brands from Hershey’s to McDonalds with cartoon couture gowns that brought loveable characters like Spongebob Squarepants to life, it was clear this collection was to be noted for its showmanship.
    Of course, there were the classic Moschino pieces thrown in – cropped quilted jackets, lashings of gold and black, urban influences and plated embellishments – which all contributed to the contrast between the humour and the attitude of the line.
