Wait, what?

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry officially split from Kate Middleton and Prince William to start their own royal household earlier this year, something that prompted rumours of feuds and fallouts, with the public fearing for the future of the Fab Four.

The two couples then split with each other on Instagram, something that any millennial will know is serious.

And now, following the Duke and Duchess’ move from Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage, the two royal couples have reportedly split once more this week - officially dividing the Royal Foundation.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are officially breaking from the foundation, with it to be renamed, the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

This comes just weeks after Prince William and Kate Middleton had a secret meeting in London with the chairman and CEO of the Fab Four’s Royal Foundation, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s absence prompting rumours of a further split.

This was then confirmed today, with the charity releasing a statement explaining the decision behind the split.

‘These changes are designed to best complement the work and responsibilities of Their Royal Highnesses as they prepare for their future roles, and to better align their charitable activity with their new households,’ the statement read. ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are incredibly proud of what they have achieved together through the Royal Foundation.’

The fab four will still continue to work together on other initiatives and charities, namely Heads Together.
