Love was certainly in the air at the Golden Globes 2015... but who made our cut of the coolest red carpet couples?
The Best of British took over the Golden Globes red carpet last night, as some of our hottest acting talent stepped out stateside to attend the Golden Globes.
While it’s often not unusual for our reserved stars to attend big events sans their better halves, yesterday they were out in full force to enjoy one of awards season’s first big events – and they couldn’t have looked happier.
Kicking off the line-up of super-cool couples was Brit boy Benedict Cumberbatch and his pregnant wife-to-be, Sophie Hunter. This is the first time the Sherlock star and his leading lady - who confirmed their baby news just last week - have hit the awards season circuit together, but already, they look like pros. While Benedict looked sharp in a tux, Sophie dressed her burgeoning baby bump in a full-length Erdem gown. Just fabulous.
Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter weren't the only parents-to-be on the Golden Globes red carpet. Also expecting a new arrival - and looking positively smitten as they posed for photos ahead of the awards - were Chanel-clad Keira Knightley and hubby James Righton.
After Eddie's recent award show glory for The Danish Girl, 2016 is shaping up to be a magnificent year for the pair - Hannah is also expecting the couple's first child.
Channing Tatum on Jenna Dewan Tatum: 'It's not hard to take a beautiful picture of this magical creature. But I thought this one was special. If it wasn't for her I would have never even found the path much less stayed on it and not flown off in flaming truck of dynamite singing devil went down to Georgia. Hahahaha. To my light. I love you.'
Oh Channing, let us count the ways in which we love you.
George and Amal Clooney cemented their status as red carpet royalty as they walked their first Golden Globes red carpet as a couple. And what a couple they make.
Forget the coolest couple, Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger were officially the cutest couple on the Golden Globes red carpet this year. After posing for photographers, the pair dissolved into giggles, and seemed to be having a whale of a time. Care to let us in on the joke, guys?!
Anna Faris and Chris Pratt certainly didn't take their turn on the red carpet too seriously
She usually attends awards season solo, but this year, Downton Abbey darling - and one of the evening's biggest winners - Joanne Froggatt arrived with new hubby James Cannon on her arm. Just how cute?
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux looked oh-so-at home on the red carpet and with each other.
Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves have done the awards season circuit so many times, they've got their red carpet routine down to a tee. Definitely contenders for the most glamorous couple of the evening, too.
William H. Macy couldn't take his eyes off wife Felicity Huffman as they walked the Golden Globes red carpet. Impossibly cute.
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his Victoria's Secret model wife
Behati Prinsloo are expecting their first child! The genetically-blessed
