Sausage and Roasted Vegetable Bake

Oven roasted vegetables make a healthy accompaniment to sausages

• 450g (1lb) pork sausages

• 1 red pepper cut into chunks

• 1 yellow pepper cut into chunks

• 750g (1 1/2)lbs) baby potatoes, halved

• 2 small red onions, cut into chunks

• 250g (10oz) cherry tomatoes

• 1 tbsp oil

• 1 tbsp Schwartz simply shake special blend season-all

serves 4

1) Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7

2) Place the sausage and vegetables on a large baking tray

3) Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle over the Season-All Seasoning

4) Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
