Beyoncé just shared a photo of her twins and revealed their names

To celebrate her twins turning one month old, Beyoncé took to Instagram to post the very first photo of the newborns.

The photo shows the 35-year-old singer holding her two bundles of joy in front of an outdoor flower wall, draped in purple floral silk and wearing a turquoise net veil.

The now mother-of-three used the post to mark her return to social media after one and a half months’ silence, even going on to confirm her newborns’ names.

‘Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today’, she captioned the snap.

It was rumoured that Sir Carter and Rumi were the given names for the celebrity babies after the A-list couple filed a trademark for them recently, but neither Bey or Jay have spoken out until now.

Beyoncé announced the news that she was expecting twins in February, posting a shot of her baby bump in front of the very same flower wall.

‘We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over,’ she captioned the snap. ‘We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters’.

However, it was Bey’s father, Mathew Knowles, who actually broke the news of the birth, tweeting ‘They’re here! Happy birthday to the twins’ back in June.

We’re thrilled the Carters have finally broken their silence and we can’t wait to see more photos of Blue Ivy and the twins.
