Is there Modibodi free delivery?
There is a free standard delivery option at Modibodi which is available on all UK orders. Please note, estimated delivery times may differ depending on your location; for example, postcodes in cities will take between 3 to 5 working days whilst postcodes that are further afield will take 5 to 7 working days.
Can I try before I buy with Modibodi products?
You sure can. At Modibodi, they have a 60-day risk-free trial option available on certain products for new customers which means you can make sure that they’re a good fit for you before you buy. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s) and you return them within 60 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund (including delivery costs). Please note that items that are excluded from this include: accessories (laundry bags, hair, face, body, and home-related items), nappies, toddler training pants, socks, towels, and clothing (including pyjamas, activewear, dancewear, bras, and maternity cami bras).
Is there a Modibodi NHS discount?
NHS and key workers will be happy to hear that you can save money whilst you enjoy the comfort and security that Modibodi has to offer. All you need to do is verify your employee status with Blue Light Card and you will receive your 15% Modibodi Blue Light Card discount right away.
What is the returns policy at Modibodi?
If you’re not quite satisfied with your Modibodi order, you can return it easily. With the exception of Modibodi’s 60-day trial, they have a 30-day returns policy which means you’ll have 30 days after purchasing, to return your order. Your order must be in it’s original condition, both unworn and unwashed, for you to receive your refund.
How long does Modibodi last?
Thanks to their absorption technology, your Modibodi underwear will last all day long meaning you won't have to worry about changing several times a day (like you would a tampon or sanitary towel). However, in the first day or two of your period, you may need to change more often as this is typically when your flow is heavier.
