Here’s everything we know…

Meghan Markle is one of the most talked-about women in the world. And while the past few weeks have seen her make news for the abuse she has faced and the legal action she is taking, the main conversation topic around the former Suits actress this year has been her son Archie.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child together in May this year, with Prince Harry revealing since that the couple are hoping to have more children.

’Two, maximum!’ Harry told primatologist Dr Jane Goodall in July. ‘I’ve always thought: This place is borrowed. And surely, as intelligent as we all are or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation.’

Since the comments, Meghan has unsurprisingly been on baby number two watch, with people convinced that another baby announcement from the Sussex family is on its way.

Betting intelligence site, bookmakers.tv, has sent the internet into a frenzy this week after slashing the odds of Meghan announcing a second baby this year from 4/6 to 1/5.

Yes, really.

Explaining themselves in a statement, the site announced: ‘The odds of Meghan and Harry sharing some good news soon have taken another plunge. The latest betting definitely suggests there could be an announcement around the corner and when it comes bookies should brace themselves for another royal betting frenzy.’

We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
