Fifty Shades of Grey movie’s screenwriter reveals there’ll be ‘a lot of sex’

Fifty Shades Of Grey movie fans can relax, Kelly Marcel, the screenwriter tasked with taking the text to the silver screen has promised she won’t deviate too far from E.L.James’ original novel. So much so in fact the movie is likely to carry very raunchy scenes that’ll earn an 18 certificate. Oh la la.

Speaking to Style magazine Kelly revealed exactly how saucy it’s set to be saying: ‘Well, there is going to be a lot of sex in the film. It will be NC-17 [the equivalent of a British 18 certificate]. It’s going to be raunchy.’

This is of course comes as no surprise, and very little appears to be omitted in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie as Kelly adds: ‘We are 100 per cent going there. We did go through and decide which are our favourites and which are not. Most of them are in there, but I can’t say more than that.’

Despite the huge sex content in the movie, Kelly was quick to stress at the pulse of the storyline is love, ‘Regardless of what you may think of the writing, this is a modern love story,’ Kelly said. ‘It involves two complex characters, and that’s what I’m interested in.’

But there’s a lot to be interested inbetween all that too!

And just in case you worried the Fifty Shades of Grey movie won’t meet your expectations Kelly promised she’d do te best she could saying: ‘The fans love this book, and I want them to love the film as much. I want to make them laugh and cry, to turn them on. I want this to do everything.’

Lets hope she achieves all that!
