It’s New York Fashion Week! And another round of shows means another chance to spot the next Cara, Kendall, Kate or Suki. From social media stars, to the newest super sisters, these are the new model faces to watch for the SS16 season ahead…

Alexandra Elizabeth Ljado – The New Malaika Firth
And the award for hardest working model of last season goes to… Alexandra walked a whopping 73 shows for AW15, including Chanel, Prada and Louis Vuitton – more than any other girl on the schedule and matching Malaika Firth’s debut. As she breaks through the ranks of newcomers and into the super-league, we predict she’s got another stellar season ahead.

Fernanda Ly – The New Chloe Norgaard
The beauty world officially has a new pin-up. Fernanda has only walked in one show so far in her career, booked exclusively to open Louis Vuitton for SS15, but with her stand out candyfloss locks, she certainly made an impact. Expect to spot her everywhere in the weeks to come.

Olympia Campbell – The New, Um, Edie Campbell
Edie’s little sister is literally following in her footsteps, straight down the catwalk at Sonia Rykiel, Fendi and Louis Vuitton. She’s just as gorgeous as her veteran model sis, and what designer in their right mind wouldn’t want to book the pair as a special opening double act?!

Taylor Hill – The New Miranda Kerr
Say hello to recently recruited Victoria’s Secret angel, Taylor Hill. The 19 year-old walked her first full season for AW15 and is set to be the breakout star of the SS16 shows.

Maartje Verhoef – The New Cara Delevingne
When Victoria Beckham personally calls you a #OneToWatch, you know you’re about to hit the social media big time. VB posted adoring Insta-pictures of Netherlands-born Maartje at her casting last season, clocking up no less than 45,000 new followers for the model of the moment. Now that’s what we call a supermodel in the making.
