Who else could totally own an outfit they first wore 18 years ago?

Naomi Campbell certainly knew how to get people talking when she rocked up to the 2015 Fragrance Foundation Awards earlier this week.

The model looked sensational as she turned to show off all of her best angles on the red carpet in a slinky silver dress. Naomi's metallic high-necked maxi hugged her slender body tightly and was covered in loose strings of thread.

Unless you've somehow missed all of the SS15 style reports, you'll know that fringing is totally on trend for this season.

And that's exactly what's so amazing about Naomi's gown. She didn't snap it up this year, or even last. Oh no. The 45-year-old global fashion icon actually bagged the piece in 1998.

Prepare to feel pretty old as we remind you just how long ago that was...

It was same 12 months that Google was founded, the first ever Apple Mac computer was released and Dawson's Creek made its TV debut.

Yes, really.

Naomi first wore the shimmering design when she strutted down the runway in Paris at Versace's AW fashion show. She was just 28 at the time.

Obviously a fan of the form-fitting design, she kept it on for the Italian brand's post-presentation party where she was snapped hanging out with Donatella Versace and singer Jay Kay.

Naomi - who sported a seriously sleek straight hairstyle at Wednesday's event in New York - looks just as incredible now as she did 18 years ago.

And she couldn't resist taking to Instagram to let fans know about the amazing piece she'd dug out of her wardrobe, captioning a photo: '#fragrance awards 2015 NY @versace_official @allegrabeckversace redux of my custom dress from #18 years ago #GianniVersace.'

We can't even begin to imagine what other amazing clothes she's got hidden away.
