Topshop Unique is always one of London Fashion Week's hottest tickets, but this season's line-up was hotter than ever. Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Ellie Goulding and Alexa Chung all sat front row, as rising models of the moment Malaika Firth and Sam Rollinson did their thing on the catwalk (nice of Cara and co. to let someone else have a go for a change, wasn't it?)

These are the standout moments we spotted at the show today…

The Kendall, Cara, Alexa Love-In Topshop Unique always draws a mega-FROW, but this season we saw so many It-girls in one concentrated space that we feared the Insta-world would completely crash. Cara chose not to walk in the show itself, instead opting to share a ringside seat with new BFF Kendall Jenner and old chums Jourdan Dunn and Alexa Chung. On the opposite bench, Paloma Faith and Ellie Goulding were out representing the world of music. This really was a star-studded show.

The Fluff  Yes, more fuzz! Fluffy cuffs are the trend to track this season, but Topshop Unique was offering us a whole range of shaggy textiles to snuggle up in next winter. From the Mongolian lambswool gilets to the faux-fur monster coats, there was something for everyone here. The insides of strappy sandals were even lined with the stuff. Now that's a statement. See every single look in the gallery above.

The Cool-Girl Models It's now well-known that becoming a Topshop Unique girl is the first step to supermodel stardom (just look at the graduating class who rocked up on the front row). Sam Rollinson, Hollie May Saker and Malaika Firth led this year's charge – coming soon to a billboard near you, if you haven't spotted their faces everywhere already.

The Trend-Tastic Looks How many new-season trends can one brand deliver in a single look? The sartorial challenge was on as team Topshop worked corduroy, patent, lurex, rib knits, Seventies vibes and more, often all in one, fresh-looking silhouette. These are the clothes we actually want in our wardrobes next season.

The Understated Beauty 'These girls are refined beauties with a wild edge,' Topshop make-up consultant Hannah Murray told us backstage. 'Think Stella Tennant, or Jean Campbell in the Highlands of Scotland – of good stock but inherently cool. You can imagine Bruce Weber photographing them and capturing their spirit; fresh, healthy windswept skin, freckles, handsome eyebrows and wind-burnt lips. Not romantic and sweet, but handsome well-bred beauties.'
