This week saw the Spring/Summer 2010 +J collection by Jil Sander arrive in Uniqlo stores all over the world.

The designer is well known for her beautifully cut pieces in flattering shapes and her minimalist approach to design.

Her past collections for the Japanese brand have been met with critical acclaim and the +J collaboration looks set to continue due to its popularity among shoppers.

With a host of simple yet well made basics, and a focus on luxury and purity, the SS10 collection is a fresh and exciting addition to the high street.

Many of the new pieces draw from catwalk trends but have been interpreted in Jil Sander's unique way, adding her own minimalist twist. This simple blue shirt dress has echoes of the workwear seen all over the SS10 catwalks.
