The America's Next Top Model star is putting her mansion on the market for a cool $7.75million

Supermodel and all-round media mogul Tyra Banks has put her Beverley Hills property on the market and it is flippin’ fabulous.
The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom (why so many bathrooms?) 1926 Spanish Colonial-style home is on the market for a snip at $7.75million.
And what do you get for your money? How about a 6,000 square foot house that includes a swimming pool, a sunroom, a huge walk-in closet (natch) and four (!) outdoor fountains.
The America’s Next Top Model star poured $2million into revamping the property and she clearly chose well. According to the listing with Sotheby’s, the 41-year-old installed a new kitchen as well as an outdoor kitchen and outdoor living room.
The décor is exactly what you would expect from someone with Tyra’s keen eye for style – cool white walls, soft lighting and neutral furnishings abound.
You can just picture Ms Banks reclining in one of those sofas, inventing the new ‘smize’ and generally plotting her next step in world domination.
Tyra bought the property back in 2004, which was once owned by the actress Marion Davies who was romantically involved with newspaper tycoon William Randolph Hearst.
‘I loved living in this house,’ Tyra told Sotheby’s.
‘The stunning Spanish architecture spoke to me the minute I walked in the door. And then, when I discovered that... Marion Davies was a previous owner, I was ecstatic. Why? Because she was financially savvy. She listened to the recommendations of Hearst's financial advisors and, while her peers were putting themselves into debt, she invested wisely in real estate. As a businesswoman myself, starting my own self-funded cosmetics company, I was impressed.’
