Sandra Bullock talks about her relationship with George Clooney after admitting to Googling herself. But she warns us not to do the same...

Sandra Bullock has given into the internet’s biggest temptation after admitting she recently Googled herself to see what people thought of her.

We definitely could’ve told her it was a bad idea to begin with.

Warning others not to repeat her error, she spoke at the Palm Springs International Film Festival 2014 Awards Gala this weekend, as she collected her Desert Palm Achievement Actress Award.

‘So, I Googled myself and read the comments section, thinking I could get some tidbits of what people really think of me,' Sandra confessed. 'No human being should ever read the comments sections or ever Google one's self at any time.'

Revealing exactly what she uncovered during her Google session, she added: ‘Some things I was very well aware of. 'Sandra Bullock is over 40' came up a lot. I know that. 'Sandra Bullock's way past 40'. Yeah, I know that too..'

''There's absolutely nothing special about her acting. She's not particularly attractive. I can't stand her, she's mediocre.’’

Highlighting her apparent ‘fued’ with fellow George Clooney pal, Julia Roberts, the Gravity star added: ‘And apparently Julia ... You and I are in dispute over George Clooney. We talked about this, right? It's shared custody and we're both fine with it.’

We can’t help but love Sandra even more after this, although we definitely won’t be Googling ourselves (again) any time soon.
