Patsy Kensit asks Liz Hurley to be her bridesmaid

Never mind third time lucky, Patsy Kensit is reportedly set to head up the aisle for a fourth time – and has asked celebrity pal Elizabeth Hurley to be her bridesmaid.

After a ten-month romance with 45-year-old DJ Jeremy Healy, the Holby City star is said to be making plans for a summer wedding.

The actress wants an intimate ceremony attended only by close friends and family, and has asked Liz Hurley to be head bridesmaid.

‘Patsy and Jeremy are planning to get married in the summer, and they can’t wait,’ an insider told the Daily Mail.

‘Patsy is busy making the final plans for the wedding and she has asked Elizabeth, who is her son Lennon’s godmother, to be her bridesmaid as they are very close.’

Patsy, who had Lennon, 8, with third husband Liam Gallagher, reportedly went shopping in Prada for the groom’s party suits last weekend.

But it’s also been reported today that Patsy and her beau have actually split up. According to the Sun, plans of a summer wedding became too much for Healy, and he has finished their relationship as a result.

One source said: ‘As the wedding became a reality, I just don’t think he could go through with such a commitment. Patsy must be gutted – she surely thought she’d found the one this time.’

Patsy was also married to Dan Donovan of Big Audio Dynamite from 1988 to 1991, and in 1992 she married Simple Minds star Jimm Kerr, before marrying Oasis frontman Gallagher in 1997 until their split in 2000.

Time will tell if she makes it up the aisle for a fourth attempt.
