The catwalk queen - who is notorious for her angry outbursts - spent an hour on the chat show, which is set to be broadcast in the US later today.

Host Oprah, who is known among celebs for her tough questioning, asked the model to sign a ‘No Phone Throwing Zone' promise, before asking: ‘Are you just a petulant diva?'

During the heart-to-heart, Naomi opened up about her anger issues, including the mobile phone throwing incident and the reported fight with her driver in New York earlier this year.

Oprah asks: 'Whether it's a cab driver or somebody on a plane or your own housekeeper and you don't get immediately what you want, you said you see red,' to which the model replied 'Yes'.

And as her mother and boyfriend Vladamir Coronin watched on from the audience, tearful Naomi admitted she feels remorseful after an outburst.

'I feel remorseful. I feel ashamed. I feel for them. [I think,] "What have I done to them?" If I've hurt them,' she added.
