The key, she says, to her flawless glow is her simple, healthy diet. ‘Every day I eat a big salad with finely chopped spinach and kale, fennel, and macadamia nut oil.’ Then she adds ‘fresh lemon squeezed on that with apple cider vinegar. And feta cheese, olives, and cucumber,’ Kerr told the MailOnline during an event for her skincare line, Kora Organics.
Along with this nutritious, and pretty delicious-sounding salad, Kerr can’t get enough of superfoods, including goji berries, Noni juice, chia seeds, plus maca powder and cold-pressed juices.
That’s it?! Is that really all it takes to achieve radiant, glowing skin? Hmm, we suspect good genes also come into play here. Even so, our weekly shopping lists have just gotten a little bit longer.
