Michael Fassbender and Nicole Beharie, have fueled romance rumours after being spotted strolling around New York arm in arm.
The two shared an on-screen romance in Steve McQueen's film Shame, which is about a sex addict whose world spirals out of control when his younger sister moves into his New York apartment.
It is not the first time Fassbender has been linked to a co-star, he briefly dated Zoe Kravitz last year after starring opposite her in X-Men: First Class.
But the 34-year-old actor has previously said that work comes before romance: 'To be honest, relationships as a whole for me in this industry have been a difficult thing to maintain,' he said.
'It goes with the territory. I would be prepared to walk away from relationships because of my job. I wanted to give this everything and go for it 110 per cent, so I guess my work has taken precedence over that.'
And with Fassbender gearing up for another big movie year, could this romance be over before it's really begun? He is currently starring in 'Haywire', his next scheduled release is Ridley Scott's sci-fi 'Prometheus,' plus he also has a project 'The Counselor' in the pipeline and a Max Perkins biopic 'The Genius' opposite Colin Firth.
Last week it was also announced that the actor will be starring in 'The Mountain Between Us.'
