A spokesperson has confirmed the heartbreaking news that the star suffered a miscarriage and lost her baby girl
A spokesperson for Kelly Brook has today confirmed the heartbreaking news that the actress has lost her baby girl.
The actress – who was five months pregnant with boyfriend Thom Evans’ child – is said to have been rushed to hospital at the end of last week.
And although every effort was made to save her unborn baby, it was confirmed ‘very sadly’ that the couple lost the child.
‘I can confirm that Kelly and Thom have very sadly lost their baby,’ a spokesman told us in a statement.
‘They request that everyone please respects their privacy at this very painful time.
‘There will be no further comment.’
Friends say the ‘devastated’ star is being looked after at home by ‘tower of strength’ Thom and her mother Sandra, and has been ‘overwhelmed’ by messages of support flooding in.
‘Kelly is understandably devastated, she’s at home and she’s being looked after by Thom and her mum Sandra,’ one source revealed" ‘There’s nothing you can say to anyone at a time like this – she just needs to be allowed some time alone to grieve.’
Kelly announced her pregnancy on Twitter in March, after meeting ex-rugby player Thom last November.
