The I Kissed a Girl singer has been hard at work promoting her second album, and has taken to Twitter to vent her frustration.

'If they continue to push me harder, I'll just get pregnant,' she Tweeted.

Katy has grown tired of her hectic schedule, and is rumoured to want more free time to see hubby-to-be Russell Brand and plan their wedding.

And speaking of weddings, the A-list pair have revealed they will be asking guests not to buy them wedding gifts.

‘Given that Katy and I both have good jobs, we don't want any presents. It would be a massive indulgence,' Russell told reporters.

The star also let slip that despite reports, he won't be having a bachelor party.

‘What would be the point? I'm not drinking, don't do drugs anymore and I only sleep with Katy, so it would be more fun to just sit in an allotment and stare at a bunch of carrots,' he said.
