Victoria Beckham has revealed that Harper takes after her dad David.
The singer-turned-designer joked about the 3-year-old's passion for sport as she took part in the Fashion Icons event with Fern Mallis in New York .
'Harper likes football... It's like a dagger going through my heart,' she quipped on Wednesday. 'As much as she is girly, she's a tomboy as well.'
Despite this, it's become quite clear that Harper has inherited her mum's impeccable sense of style. In fact, we're not sure there's ever been a youngster whose wardrobe we're more envious of.
Harper is lucky enough to have numerous pieces by luxury brands including Burberry, Chloe and Marc Jacobs in her closet.
She's also bagged front row seats at many fashion shows where she's sat alongside the likes of Anna Wintour.
When Victoria learned that she and David, 40, were to become parents for the fourth time in 2011, doctors initially said she was carrying another boy.
The couple only found out that the newest addition to their brood was actually a girl shortly before her birth. But Victoria and David couldn't wait to meet Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz's sibling, regardless of gender.
'I felt so lucky to be pregnant, so whether Harper was going to be a boy or a girl I felt very blessed,' she told Fern, the former executive director of the Council Of Fashion Designers Of America.
Victoria also said that it's unlikely we'll hear the pitter-patter of tiny Beckham feet again, adding: 'No, I feel as though I have done my bit.'
For the talk, Victoria seemed keen to demonstrate her ability to pull together undeniably elegant outfits - not that we're at all surprised,
The mum-of-four paired a demure A-line floral skirt from her own SS15 collection with a simple white T-shirt. She accessorised her warm-weather look with some supersized sunglasses and chunky heeled sandals.
