Emma Bunton and Jade Jones to launch London restaurant

Emma Bunton has shelved plans to forge a career as a TV presenter in the US – and is looking to spice up the capital with her own restaurant. Former Baby Spice and her boyfriend Jade Jones, a trainee chef, revealed a London restaurant is their current goal.

Former Damage star Jade has been a trainee chef since quitting his music career, and has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, since impressing the potty-mouthed chef on his show, The F Word.

Fresh from a stint at the Connaught eaterie in Mayfair, Jade told the Daily Mail: ‘Yes, I want to open a restaurant with Emma. We're not sure when or where yet, but it's something we're seriously looking in to.’

He added that Emma won’t be helping him in the kitchen if the plan goes ahead, laughing: ‘I won't let Emma in the kitchen any more.

'I've heard Gordon Ramsay has two kitchens in his house, so we might do the same. One for me, and one for her.’

Meanwhile, fellow Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham, recently revealed that she is set to launch a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay in LA.
